New Xfinity Membership Rewards

I wish to unenroll from this new Membership rewards and there is no option to do so. I unenrolled from rewards and this new Membership Rewards is the same but there is no self service option or ability to do so. I only want internet nothing else without useless prizes or discounts on items I can't afford or use. Nobody's going to Disney or other such clap trap and I suspect it to be something they've committed to and will raise my internet bill because I'm not buying this junk.

Hey @Uzivert, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We appreciate you being a part of our Xfinity Community here. On January 21, 2026, the Xfinity Rewards program was retired and we launched a new experience called Xfinity membership. With this new and improved program, there’s no sign-up and no enrollment. If you have an eligible Xfinity service, you’re automatically a member.

One great benefit of the Xfinity Membership is the ability to redeem 'Lethal Weapon' on us for no additional charge. This membership benefit is available until January 26th if you wish to redeem it.

While there is no enrollment, there is also no unenrollment as well. You are not required to redeem your membership benefits if you do not wish to, but we cannot remove the account from the program. If you do not wish to participate, we recommend not visiting the web portal.

I don't care it is an additional charge or a method to steal more PII and monetize our activities. I don't want it don't need it. Do you think so low of your customers giving us chicken bone of a 30 year old movie nobody cares about is enough to buy us? What's the catch, one time view on a channel or service i have to purchase or sign up for to even view it? Oh gosh just as good as "free phone service" but only one year and probably have to finance a phone. No. Your "rewards" aren't actually anything worthwhile. I didn't want your previous rewards and don't want the new.

No means no. I don't want your crummy Membership Rewards. I need to be removed. Your previous rewards must have been so unpopular that instead of learning we don't want it, now you force customers into it. It's still an unwanted program that offers nothing of value to me.

I do not want the program and want to be removed, opted out, deleted however you say the answer is no. If you want a real reward give me a discount on service and keep those "rewards" that aren't actually rewards.

Your feelings are completely understandable Uzivert, and the purpose of the Xfinity Membership program is duplicitous, its just another way that we want to build more value into your services. Your services will not be impacted one way or the other if you do not participate in the Membership program. Now I do hear you saying that you want only internet, you want more discounts, and  in that arena we can certainly help.

@XfinityAlfonso get a 404 error signed in. Just stop sending me unsolicited advertisements or enrolling me in programs without consent. If it's something outside of billing or service I don't want it and I should be able to opt out of promotionials.

That's not what I'm looking for. I want to opt out of the program. I have already made these selections but you still violate that by sending me offers like the one for Membership Rewards Program under the title of a service email and upon questioning employees I was told to delete it because it didn't come from you. I want to opt out. Nothing has changed.

Echoing what others are saying here.  I contract with Xfinity for Internet Service and do not wish to receive any communication from the company that are not related to Internet Service.  The response here is nothing more than gaslighting to justify abusing an existing relationship to send out spam unrelated to your business.  Please provide a way to opt out of this.

Xfinity should brush up on federal requirements for sending business email:

https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business

Q. How do I know if what I’m sending is a transactional or relationship message?

A. The primary purpose of an email is transactional or relationship if it consists only of content that:

  1. Facilitates, completes, or confirms a commercial transaction that the recipient already has agreed to;

    ...

Each separate email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act is subject to penalties of up to $53,088, so non-compliance can be costly.
