New Xfinity Membership Rewards
I wish to unenroll from this new Membership rewards and there is no option to do so. I unenrolled from rewards and this new Membership Rewards is the same but there is no self service option or ability to do so. I only want internet nothing else without useless prizes or discounts on items I can't afford or use. Nobody's going to Disney or other such clap trap and I suspect it to be something they've committed to and will raise my internet bill because I'm not buying this junk.

Hey @Uzivert, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We appreciate you being a part of our Xfinity Community here. On January 21, 2026, the Xfinity Rewards program was retired and we launched a new experience called Xfinity membership. With this new and improved program, there’s no sign-up and no enrollment. If you have an eligible Xfinity service, you’re automatically a member.
One great benefit of the Xfinity Membership is the ability to redeem 'Lethal Weapon' on us for no additional charge. This membership benefit is available until January 26th if you wish to redeem it.
While there is no enrollment, there is also no unenrollment as well. You are not required to redeem your membership benefits if you do not wish to, but we cannot remove the account from the program. If you do not wish to participate, we recommend not visiting the web portal.

Echoing what others are saying here. I contract with Xfinity for Internet Service and do not wish to receive any communication from the company that are not related to Internet Service. The response here is nothing more than gaslighting to justify abusing an existing relationship to send out spam unrelated to your business. Please provide a way to opt out of this.
