New remote

Good evening

I need a new remote for my lounge please. How do I go about getting this, and if you ship it how much will it cost?

Thanks for meeting us here in our community about a new remote, @user_yhw2l3. Remotes are available free of charge at our Xfinity Stores. There is no need to return the old one. If you'd like one sent out, we would charge the shipping on your next bill.
