New Phone Customer Service?

I have called customer service here at Comcast the worst I've ever dealt with (the President of the US on the day I was born was Dwight D. Eisenhower, so I've got lots of experience) and usually I pick up the phone and am already shaking with rage before I dial.

WOW!  You have completely redone your phone support and I just have to say:

THAT WAS AMAZING.  No rage.  Easy to follow and connect to a human. Very pleasant human who answered.  I did have one problem though, I promised to give him a good rating, so I waited on the phone for the survey, but he was still there and said I needed to hang up and would get a link.  I kept checking my email, no link.  Now I'm wondering if the link he spoke of was a text.  Ahm, you guys do know that not EVERY human being on this planet has a cell phone, right?  Never had one, never will.  Is that what happened?  I really wanted to give him a high review as I suppose it affects his job review in some way and he was very pleasant  I can't recall his name, but he helped me completely, the call lasted less than 15 minutes total (counting menu options and wait time), and he was kind and considerate.  I really wanted to give him a high rating but I guess anyone without a cell phone can't give such ratings.

Oh well, still, I have complained about Comcast's customer service for so long, when you do good, I also need to acknowledge that.

WAY TO GO COMCAST.  I was completely satisfied, also completely surprised (In a good way) and huge, huge thumbs up for job well done.  It was so unexpected and so pleasant that I just had to say so here, in the same forums I've blasted you so many times.

Thank you.  Thank you sincerely.  My blood pressure thanks you.  Please keep this up.
