New Internet Line Bury Requirement 25 Year Home

Home had Comcast upon move-in 2001, when I immediately changed to Satellite.  Currently in the process to have Xfinity internet installed, few days ago the installer couldn’t find cabling, so he ran temporary cable above ground from the service box, over the street, past 2 neighbors properties including two driveways, into my home.  They’re supposed to mark for utilities in a couple days, then contractor will bury new cable, which should include going under driveways.  I asked installer if there’d be any extra costs, he said just the $100 Pro Install Fee, but then he added he didn’t know anything about that process.  Upon conducting some research online, have read that there could end up being very costly charges for this new internet line to be buried.  How do I get definitive answers about potential costs, in advance?  Thanks in advance!
