New Customer UPS Modem Delivery Issue

Hello, 

I am a new customer setting up internet services with xfinity. We just moved to a new home and entered in the new address to receive a modem. We double checked the shipping address. UPS says the item was delivered with photo “evidence” that does not show a package in frame but it does look like the correct house. We filed a claim with UPS. In the meantime, we really need WiFi at the new house for work. Is there any way to get a modem while working out this issue with UPS

Thanks for taking the time to reach out over our community forums, user_hkxsz8! I'm sorry to hear your Xfinity gateway didn't come in! The quickest way to get a new replacement gateway would be to pick one up at an Xfinity Store, if it's an option for you. You can find the closest Xfinity Store to your location and even book an appointment using our store locator. Please let us know if that helps or if you need to have another gateway shipped instead.
