New Customer, Order Pending

I’m a new customer and was wondering how long my order will remain “pending”. I’m planning on picking up my new wifi equipment from the Xfinity store.

user_1iu2tc That's a great question! Once you get your equipment, you will need to download our awesome Xfinity app to start the activation process.
