New construction

Hi, we are building a home in Berlin, CT and the tech came out yesterday and informed me that he needed to reach out to construction to get the underground wire run for me.  We have Xfinity on our new street (it’s a culdesac), but not yet to my house. Is there anyway I can escalate installation?  We are about 2 1/2 weeks from closing.  Frontier and other providers are likely coming to our street, but I’d like to stay with Xfinity.

thanks!

Hello @user_vomvxs, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your night to leave a post on our community forum. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, and the service address, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Hi there, I am in a somewhat similar situation. I am building a new home in Charlottesville, VA and would like to run my underground conduit so that pulling the wire in the future is not problematic. I'd like to schedule a site visit with someone in construction to ensure that I run the conduit to the appropriate locations. How can I best do that? Thank you!
