New Construction

Currently trenching for utilities to building site for new residence. Would like to include xfinity cable with other utilities.

Got a ticket number a year or so ago and assurance that service was available to be connected at our address, but construction for our residence was delayed. Is ticket number still valid? I have tried to contact the crew chief that was referenced but have gotten no response. Who can I talk to at Xfinity to get things moving? I have had no luck contacting customer service.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_b1ef77. Thanks for reaching out about getting service. We can help with your request and reinitiate the ticket. Direct message your name and address.

Hit the compose button to the right of "conversations"

In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

Thanks @EG

@XfinityEthan I followed your instructions to contact Xfinity Support with my name and address but have not heard back from anyone. That was 4 days ago.
