There's no direct way to contact construction, if you have a ticket number or your address, I can look into the past inquiry for you to check on the status.

I am hoping you can help me out. I initially contacted Xfinity on May 12 to get service installed at my newly constructed home. I have a reference number and i have been assigned a customer service rep but I can not get anyone to respond or give me a timeline on construction. My neighbors each have Comcast service and from what I understand the site survey was completed on June 4th. Beyond that I have received no info or timelines. Can you please help us out. We move in next week and my wife works from home and needs internet service.
