New construction service install

I am building a house in Washington. I've contacted customer service a number of times regarding the need to have cable and internet routed to my house. I've answered dozens of questions to countless reps, Each time having to call the customer service number- go through all the questions again to get no where. Is there not a better way? Me calling/emailing into a black hole of nothingness. PSE (Electrical service) has already installed the power cables to go back to our home. In that trench we'd like to have the cable ran as well. I buried a 2 inch conduit for you to use.

Looking for any advice to move this forward.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
