New Construction Nightmare

I have been trying for months to get Xfinity installed at our new home that is under construction.  The house is almost finished and we cannot get internet/cable.  We have had multiple tickets (that have all been canceled for some reason) and technicians come out, but to no avail.  The technician is unable to install underground wiring.  I would prefer to use Xfinity but will need to switch to another company if necessary.

It seems as if you must post a message on the main forum.  Then a chat box via a chat icon in the upper right corner becomes available.  You can then send a message directly to resolve the issue.

Thankfully, we were able to have someone come out who could install underground wiring.  Unfortunately, there are not enough connectors on the main road to allow for new homes.  We are unable to use Xfinity at this time because of it though I appreciate that we were able to get some answers.

Thank you so much for the update @user_cc4363! Hopefully, we will expand a little more to add to the line on the main road in the future. Until then we appreciate all of your patience and time while working on getting to this point.
