New construction home incorrectly marked unserviceable — neighbors have Xfinity
My new-construction home has been marked non-serviceable even though neighboring homes on the same street have active Xfinity service. My address is already in Xfinity's system and a House Smart/serviceability request has already been opened.
I would like the determination reviewed and the request escalated for a physical site survey/construction review. Can the Digital Care Team check the existing ticket, tell me why it was marked unserviceable, and have the local serviceability/construction team determine what is actually required to connect the house?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
