New construction address not listed
Hello!
We're trying to get internet & TV services at a new construction rental townhome thats part of a community. We have called customer service numerous times & have been provided ticket numbers because our new USPS registered address is not listed in your system. We have also visited the local Xfinity service center as instructed & provided a copy of our utility bill showing our service address, but they still werent able to help. We know there is service available within the community becasue some of the townhomes in front of us have your service. We moved in on 6/17/22, but a ticket was created in early May [Edited: personal information] & a new ticket was created on 6/18/22 [Edited: personal information]. Your system has a partial address listed - [Edited: personal information] but not our Unit/Lot number [Edited: personal information]. The USPS registered & active mailing address is [Edited: personal information]. Any further assistance you could provide to escalate this issue would be appreciated. After speaking with our neighbor, he has been dealing with this issue for more than 5-month with no resolution.
