New construction address not found

Hi! I am trying to get internet at two new construction houses. I have called twice and went into the store and no one seems to know what to do, but after a quick search it seems this is a common issue. I know there is service available on the street because we had to move the line to build the houses and our neighbors address comes up. I have checked with our local codes department and they confirmed today that USPS has the address in their database. We will be moving soon. Please help!

  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it

We will be moving into a new construction home in the Comcast/Xfinity service area the end of May or first part of June. I have noticed the address is not found on your online Moving page and that some individuals have had difficulty getting new addresses registered. Is this something we should initiate now, so as the actual move gets closer we can handle it online?
