New box sent will not work constant yellow light

I was sent a new box. It’s slanted on the top. I have no idea about it. It does not stay on blue light stay on two or three seconds and shut off to yellow light flashing. It has never worked when I got it. It was dusty and it looked really used And I don’t know how to get this to work and my bill went up $60 and it’s just I don’t know how to get this box to work. I think it was supposed to be 5G but we don’t have that in this area and I had Xfinity hooked up all the boxes were bad out here we never got a signal and we’re right at the edge of Indianapolis were not in the country  I need someone to respond.
