New apartment is being recognized as business.
Hello, I have recently moved to a new rental apartment and wanted to transfer my existing service, however when I enter the address xFinity tells me it is a business address. It is not. I live here. I need this fixed and I also cannot find the cable outlet and may need a tech to come out and install one.

I checked the address you had sent and see that there is either an office or unit 2 listed, not an upper unit. It may be recognizing the "office" location when selecting as these are typically listed as business locations. Do you see the option to select the unit 2 when searching for the location, if so does that offer residential services?
