New address not recognized

I am moving to a new house and the address Is not recognized in your database. I was under the impression I could not get xfinity internet at the new address, but when my brother (who is a tech for xfinity) helped me move in he said it would definitely be available for me, I currently have xfinity internet and would love to keep my service at the new address.

Hello I am experiencing the same issue... I have called and nobody seems to have any idea what they are doing in Comcast.

I have the same issue where the address isn't recognized. I also have the same issue where when I select your name it shows me all of your previous posts but there is no button to send you a private message.

Actually, the button is there now. I think that you need to make at least one post before it will let you PM someone.

You've made 3 posts, all in this thread, and none of them were addressed by an OE requesting that you specifically send them a PM.

@fmesposito

The sending of a Private Message to anyone in the Forums, especially Official Employees, unless specifically requested, is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Please do NOT send any of the Official Employees private messages unless they request it. By doing so they are being flooded with PM's and are being bogged down in trying to answer all of them. This keeps them from doing their job effectively here in the forums and defeats the purpose of the forums.

Thanks

I'm also in the same boat - trying to figure out if a new home that we are planning to buy can be serviced by xfinity. Can you please help me figure out how we can confirm the details.

I have the same issue of a new address not being recognized. Can you send me a reply so I can initiate the process of seeing what it will take to get service? Thanks!

I am also having the same problem but I believe our zip code (24124) is not serviced by Comcast.

This is to join the crowd, I've had new line ran along the poles to the house and two techs just came today to put the line from the pole out front to my house. But still I cannot create an account because my address is not registered/recognized.
