If you just recently enrolled in an Xfinity service plan, all the information would have been provided within the customer approval process. A confirmation email is also typically sent within a few hours of order as well. Would you be able to quickly see if you received an order confirmation email that will supply you with the plan name (Xfinity 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps, or 1 Gig) and the promotional pricing information?
