New $200 visa debit card, please...

Hi, Xfinity sent me a $200 visa debit card as a welcome gift when I first joined Xfinity. I forgot to use it and it expired few months ago. I have not even activated it. I called may times and was put on hold for hours and calls just kept disconnecting. Can you please help me? I am hoping that since I did not use the card at all, Xfinity can send me a new one?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
