Never received my phone package

@XfinityDemitrius​ it said at first that missed delivery that itd be delivered the next day which would be 9/9. But 10 mins later it said delivered and it said signed by someone and gave first letter in first name and the whole last name. I don't understand why it said missed them 10 mins later say delivered but it didn't give address just my town.
