I am sorry to hear that you never received a refund for the pods you sent back, I now that would be frustrating when you are expecting a refund. You have reached the right team that can take a look at that for you. Where the pods returned during the 30 day window?
@XfinityJeff yes. The were returned in January, a few weeks after receiving them. I have the UPS receipt. Someone in the call center acknowledged that you did receive them. Ref: CR221909618
