Never got promised credit after 6 days service outage

I recently went through a 6 day outage and was told that credit would he added to my account once it was over. It has not been added, and I work from home. Due to the outage I wasmt able to work and wont be able to pay for my bill until next pay cycle. Can I please get that 6 days of credit added to my account, and is there anyway I could get a bill extension

Hey there, Beepboo! You are asking a great question, and we thank you for taking the time to make a post for this request! Since power outages are outside of our control, we are not currently providing credits for any downtime resulting from power outages. However, if your power had been restored and you were still without Comcast services we can take a look into this for you. Can you please send me a private message with your first and last name to get this process started?

@Beepboo If your outage was due to the winter storm in either Oregon or Texas, your credit should show up on your next bill, or the one following at the latest.  You won't see that credit online under My Account until your bill updates.
