Never Finished Exposed Fiber in home development

I live in an area that was built out in two phases. I assumed in the second phase Xfinity would come back and finish off this area like the rest of the work done in the area. But there is a very large spool of active fiber and pipes just sitting out in the open. It is located near the intersection of Chief Obie Rd and SE Lewis Street in Happy Valley

user_bqep1a Hi there! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are happy to look into this and help secure the exposed lines/suplies. Can you send us a DM with your name and address to get started?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
