Hi @user_2h0x2f, thank you for utilizing our community forums! I work from home as well, and I know how even an application being down just for maintenance can effect your workflow. I actually think there could be a pretty simple fix for this by disabling the advanced security that comes with our xFi Complete. The easiest way to disable this feature would be by using the Xfinity app, I will place some additional instructions below.
1. Open the Xfinity app
2. Select the "security" tab at the bottom of the screen
3. Click the arrow to the right of "advanced security"
4. Click "Advanced security" on the
5. Click "Turn Off"
