Network Locked on my Samsung S26 + device, though it shows unlocked in Xfinity System

I purchased a phone from Rexi Retail as an employee of Comcast.

I asked Customer service to unlock the phone and they said they have unlocked it. (This was verified at the Xfinity Store)

My phone Galaxy S26 Plus is still showing "Locked"  in the Network Lock Status and a card from another Phone company does Not Work.

Can you please push the Unlock Command to my phone?

I am still in the return window for this device but I do not want to have to send it back.

As an employee with a device purchased from Rexi, we recommend submitting an XPE ticket for support with the cellular device and options available such as Device Unlock.
