@user_052ydt hello! Just to make sure we are on the same page when you state network damage do you mean you are experiencing a service interruption?

@XfinityPeterH​ Service was out in the 95630 area from yesterday around 5pm - 11am this morning. The only explanation was “Network Damage”.
