Good morning @user_9d4cpx, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope you are having a good day so far. As someone that watches The Office on Peacock on a daily basis, I can understand the desire to be able to access those services you subscribe too, and you have reached the right team that can assist with this issue. Normally when you add the services to the account like the Stream saver that comes with Netflix, Apple TV, and Peacock, you will receive an email shortly after with the instructions on how to activate those services, but if you did not receive the email, you can also find the steps here

user_05b2qp What device are you using that you are trying to activate the bundle on? To confirm, is the bundle currently listed on your account as active?
