Hey there, user_o8swbw, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your channel lineup. We watch a lot of sports in my household too, and we would be frustrated without access to the big games! I would love to take a look at the options available to ensure you have the channels you enjoy watching! We do not want to lose you as a customer!

Dear Xfinity,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with your recent decision to relocate NESN and NBC Sports Boston from the Popular TV package to the more expensive Ultimate TV package, effectively placing these channels behind a paywall.
This action starkly contradicts Comcast's mission statement, which asserts the company's dedication to "creating incredible technology and entertainment that connects millions of people to the moments and experiences that matter most."
By restricting access to beloved local sports channels, you are severing a vital connection that many customers cherish, thereby undermining the very essence of your mission.
Furthermore, Comcast's core values emphasize "respect for each other" and a commitment to a "culture of fairness, respect, and inclusion."
Imposing additional financial burdens on customers who wish to continue accessing their preferred sports programming demonstrates a lack of respect and fairness, particularly towards long-standing subscribers who have remained loyal to your services.
I urge you to reconsider this decision and realign your business practices with the foundational principles outlined in your mission statement and core values. Failing to do so not only alienates your customer base but also tarnishes the integrity of Comcast as a company committed to connecting people to what matters most.
Sincerely,
A Former Customer
