Need Xfinity lines moved from old to new utility pole

I have a new utility pole in my backyard. I need the Xfinity wires moved from the old, dangerous pole to the new pole. It's been almost two years. How do I get Xfinity to do the things they are supposed to do? I tried calling the number on my bill and it appears to be a dead number now. I tried the AI chat bot and was told I would receive an email. The email never appeared.  Can we please get a tech to move the Xfinity line to the new pole so that the utility company can remove the old and dangerous pole.?
