@XfinityOrlandoM​ Your post is demonstrably untrue.  There are, literally, thousands of posts from people who have direct experience demonstrating your post is untrue.  All those paths do is lead to even greater frustration and animosity.  Until Comcast ends the automated front end systems and gets techs with skills, your post will remain untrue.

If you are experiencing service issues, have you had the chance to open the Xfinity App or visit the Xfinity Status Center to see if there are any local service interruptions taking place or network maintenance? 

 

Could you please check and let us know if there are any known issues or if we need to troubleshoot to find out why the services are not working? Could you also let us know what the LED light on the modem is doing as well? We hope to hear from you soon.

@user_o1rklw, Hi there! I just wanted to check in with you today to see if your still without cable and internet services today. Have you tried to run an internet health test via the Xfinity app, to see what results does it pull for you?
