Need to talk to a PERSON
AI customer service is terrible and blocks me from speaking to a PERSON. I'm ready to cancel my service.
I am furious that the took away the direct controls for the modem using 10.0.0.1 and want me to use the app instead. I used it last night to disable wifi, the best way to keep my teenager off the internet over night. When I got up this morning to turn the wifi back on through my desktop, it told me I could no longer use 10.0.0.1 and to use the app. I tried everything on the app and could not find a way to turn the wifi back on. I factory reset the modem and the new wifi name does not come up on any of our devices. The AI has no idea what I am talking about and would not connect me to a person, even on the phone - it told me to use the assistant and hung up on me.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
