Need to report a Xfinity employee
Rude employee. Was turning in a small flex box but unfortunately the sticker fell off the box. He became unprofessional and said I can’t accept this because I don’t know where this box came from. That’s when I lost my mind! I said a few of my choice words and he literally tossed it towards me. I said you need to call xfinity and ask them what you an do because they ned to know I’m trying to turn in my equipment. He said, “you call them.
and that’s when I literally went off on him. I walked outside, called xfinity and walked right back in there with them on speaker phone and guess what? They took it.
Some from xfinity needs to reach out to me so I can managers talk to this guy. What I’m hoping for is he is the manager! That would be better! 😂
