Need to reach Employee Benefits at Comcast

Hello - My name is  [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I am a former employee who worked in the Houston Call Center from 1998 through 2011.  From 1998 through 2007 the organization was under Time Warner Cable and from 2007 through 2011 Comcast.

My wife and I are in process of seeking Medicare eligibility and we're being asked to provide proof that my wife Linda was continuously covered with Health insurance from 1998 through my lay off in 2011.  Would you please either provide us with insurance statements to show Linda's coverage and or a letter indicating acknowledgement that Linda was in fact coverage with Health insurance during that time period.

If this request needs to be directed elsewhere please advise.

Hi there @user_4bz2zy !  We would not be able to help with something like this via our community forums directly, however your best bet would be to reach out to HR Shared Services (HRSS) by calling 877-909-4748 or emailing HRSS at ask_hrss@comcast.com anytime Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET for assistance. They should be able to help or direct you further!

Hello @Brijay12. Once employment ends, the access to workday would be discontinued. We wouldn't be able to create you a new login unless employed sorry. Any further support you need would be handled by the HRSS team mentioned above. You may contact them at any time they are open.
