Need to reach Employee Benefits at Comcast
Hello - My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I am a former employee who worked in the Houston Call Center from 1998 through 2011. From 1998 through 2007 the organization was under Time Warner Cable and from 2007 through 2011 Comcast.
My wife and I are in process of seeking Medicare eligibility and we're being asked to provide proof that my wife Linda was continuously covered with Health insurance from 1998 through my lay off in 2011. Would you please either provide us with insurance statements to show Linda's coverage and or a letter indicating acknowledgement that Linda was in fact coverage with Health insurance during that time period.
If this request needs to be directed elsewhere please advise.
