Need to pause my account

Moving out n not sure when I'll be stable and be able to turn it back on. Can this happen please?

I know how stressful moving can be, and we want to make dealing with your Xfinity services as easy as possible. We do not have a way to pause services if you are moving from your service location. You would need to transfer your services to the new address or disconnect your account and reconnect when you are ready to use Xfinity again.

 

We would be happy to help you with account details and getting those changes set up on your account. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
