Need to have coaxial cable reattached to my house after storm

Hello, I have no cable/internet/phone service in my home because the coaxial cable from the utility pole to the house was disconnected in the aftermath of the July 4th storm in northwest CT. Electricity and cable service have been safely restored, so all I need is for an Xfinity tech to come around and reattach the coax. It should be an easy fix. But whenever I’ve contacted Comcast and have *finally* reached a human being on the phone, they have read from a script and tried to “remote” fix my problem. It is not a remote issue, it is literally a hardware issue of someone needing to reconnect the physical line from the pole in the street to my house. I am paying upward of $300/month for these services and cannot get through to a human being at Comcast who understands what needs to be done. Can a local tech get in touch with me? It would probably take mere minutes to fix this. Meanwhile, it's my fifth day without service, and every other house on my road has functioning service. Thanks.

I am now in my ninth day without internet/phone/cable service from Xfinity. There was a storm on July 4, but everyone's service on my street but mine was long ago restored. The fix is easy: the coax that runs from my house to the utility pole in the street needs to be connected. I don’t even need to be home for this service. But I cannot get anyone from Xfinity to come. I am currently on the schedule for Thursday, July 16, which is absurd. I have been relying on my phone's mobile wifi hotspot for several days, but last night my cellular network went out and is still out. So I am in a communications blackout. I am typing this in a parking lot 15 miles away. Can you please get someone to me sooner than Thursday? We have a disabled senior with us and having ZERO ability to communicate with the outside world is unacceptable, as is the protracted wait for service restoration. Thank you.
