Need to change plan and can't
Trying to update my internet plan and remove tv, as i don't use it, and it won't let me remove tv or proceed with only internet to complete the change. It tells me "please select a service to replace each service in your plan." Don't want to keep throwing money away.

A simple fix for most websites is something I recommend doing at least once every month, that would be clearing your cache and cookies. The Clear cache and delete cookies in Google Chrome article provides detailed instructions on how to do such. If you are still having issues making plan changes after, please let us know. Some of our older legacy plans require the touch of our care teams, but usually a pop-up will appear informing customers to contact us. With that being said, we're more than happy to help in any way that we can. Just keep us posted on the result after clearing your cache and cookies.
