Hello, @user_6fa666! We do offer the ability to unsubscribe from channels through your cable box. Here are the steps. If you run into any issues, please feel free to reach back out to me and I can further review with you! 

You can unsubscribe from an Internet Subscription Video On Demand channel using your remote.

Option 1 (Example below is PlayKids’ show, Ella Bella Bingo)

Select the Info button on your remote while watching a program from the channel you're subscribed to.
Select My Subscription from the information bar.

Select Unsubscribe.

You'll see a confirmation message, letting you know that you have successfully unsubscribed from the channel.
You're no longer subscribed confirmation message.

Option 2 (Example below is the Daily Burn network)

Go to the channel’s network page by saying your channel's name into your Voice Remote, or go to On Demand > Networks > Subscription Add-ons and then scroll to your channel.
Select Manage my Subscription from the channel’s network page.
Manage my subscription tile on the top of the X1 menu page.

Select Unsubscribe.
Unsubscribe option on bottom left.

You'll see a confirmation message, letting you know that you have successfully unsubscribed from the channel.
