Need Technician

My GOD your new webite, AI chat bot is such a mess.  it took me 2.5 hrs to switch my plan around and since then now my interent speeds are degraded and I can find no way to get it resolved.  I don't want to use your chat bot. I need a person to fix this. but there isn't any way to get a person via chat or phone.  And even when I try to get the system to text me options to schedule a technician, nothing happens.  you have absolutely BROKEN customer support.  there is not path through your system to get a human and your automation offers no solutions other than restart the gateway.

so I need a technician to come to the house and fix whatever this is.  How do I schedule this?

BTW, requiring someone to create an account on a community chat forum to find a human who can fix solutions is the most backwards workflow I've ever heard of.  I work online and this process impacts my ability to do my job.  whomever is reading this.. I know its not your fault.  I appreciate your help.  but someone get the message to the management that this system is trash.
