Need Return Label for Equipment Return
I recently ended my service and am trying to return my equipment. However, no return label has been generated in my account. When I use the return link, no devices are listed, and therefore no return label is available.
I have relocated to Wisconsin, and it appears there are no Xfinity stores in the state. The closest store is in Illinois, which is quite far. Could you please help generate a return label for me?

I am having the same issue - no device is showing up when I try to generate a return label. I think it is because I cancelled my service before attempting to return equipment. Trying to return equipment through UPS. Would really appreciate the ability to send a direct message to an employee to get this sorted.

No UPS dyores in Norton drop off station re she neede a shipping Label and she could do it Email address to me. And we can take care of it
