Need Return Label for Equipment Return

I recently ended my service and am trying to return my equipment. However, no return label has been generated in my account. When I use the return link, no devices are listed, and therefore no return label is available.

I have relocated to Wisconsin, and it appears there are no Xfinity stores in the state. The closest store is in Illinois, which is quite far. Could you please help generate a return label for me?

I was signed in when I tried to get a return label, but there is no device showing up. I used Xfinity for two years, and the second year I moved my service and continued using my old device from first year. I don't know if that is why I don't have a device in my return center.
