Need outside maintenance

Hi

the cable pole outside my house was hit by lightening knocking me and my 2 neighbors into a total Xfinity outage for days now. 
Can you please provide a way to get outside maintenance to come repair this? It is not an inside wire issue.

Sure, I'd be happy to help with sending a technician to review the issue, and just need you to send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address, please. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

@XfinityRenee​  how do I get maintenance on outside box that was hit by mower.  It has not affected service.

I also need maintenance on a cable line that is lying in our backyard after a storm.  Service is still connected, but the wire needs to be put back up on the pole.
