Need old utility pole removed that has xfinity lines attatched

A rotted out utility pole had all the power lines transferred to a new pole 7 months ago. The bad pole needs to be removed and still has Xfinity's lines attached to it. Can you please send someone out to detach and re-attach the Xfinity cables to the new utility pole and remove this old pole. We currently have 2 utility poles in our garden and would very much appreciate if the bad pole was removed.

My wife and I have been Comcast/Xfinity customers for almost 30 years and look forward to your response.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I have provided all the information you requested via DM but I still haven't received an answer regarding the issue I have with the bad utility pole.
