Need new modem

My modem arrived with no power cord or cable cord, tried to find help for over an hour and got nothing. Was promised this was going to be easy to set up and given nothing.

With the modem not having all the accessories needed, we can look at getting another shipped which could take 3-5 days. Alternatively, I would recommend visiting a local Xfinity Store where you can quickly and easily swap out the device and get the required cables. Our locations can be searched by visiting our 'Xfinity Retail Store Locator and Xfinity Mobile Stores' support page. Would you like another device shipped or visit a local store to get this addressed?
