need new line installed from street pole to my house

I need someone to come and install a new cable line from the street pole to my house because your existing underground line will soon be cut by landscapers digging with bulldozer.  I just need a new cable line run along the ground out of the way during the weeks of landscaping, then they will bury it when they finish. Or you can come back and bury it.

  • Press Enter to send it

I've been without internet for two weeks now since moving into my new house because some pole needs to be installed to run the line from the street pole to my house. A technician came out two weeks ago and requested that from some xfinity business partner, but after calling there seems to be no record of the request or any contact info - the pole wasn't installed and I have another technician coming out tomorrow who I'm betting will tell me the same thing. Posting here is a shot in the dark but I work from home, so not having internet is a pretty significant issue. Does anyone at least know the name of the "Business partner" that would install a pole for a customer in Tacoma, WA?
