Need new construction address added to serviceability list
I will be moving into my newly built home in the next two weeks and need the address added to your serviceability database. The address is located in a subdivision that is serviced by Xfinity. What do I need to do to make this happen?

Same here. I live in Lennar homes and the community is Sienna Creek. They requested service but Comcast states they have no right of entry. On the other hand the community said they have no issue with Comcast and requested Comcast to service the area. Can I get more clarity on this? Can we request a pole for serviceability?

I am looking to do the same thing. Will be moving in less than two weeks. Went in to schedule to move my services, but my new construction home address is not in the system. I do see that one of my neighbors addresses is already in the system. What do I need to do in order to get the ball rolling? Would like to have minimum interruptions in my service. Thanks
