NEED INTERNET LINE RECONNECTED TO MY HOUSE
Hello,
I live in Hendersonville, TN. The internet line from my utility pole to my house snapped off as a result of the recent ice storm. This happened on January 25, 2026.
The line is still disconnected, and I still don't have internet. It has been over a week. I am attaching pictures of the detached line. I really need someone to come out ASAP and reconnect the line. The ice has melted and I have power at my house.
I was previously told that the issue would be resolved by Feb. 1st. Either way, I really need internet at my house. Can someone please come out and reconnect the line?
