Need honest restoration date

Our home has been without Comcast internet or cable in Nashville since Friday, Jan 29, 2026. Several dates have been promised for restoration, but we still have no service. Power has been completely restored in Nashville, yet there are no Comcast trucks working in the area. We need an honest date for restoration from Comcast, but there is no communication. At this point, it looks like we can get new service installed from another provider faster than we can get Comcast restored to what we had and are paying for. Has Comcast abandoned Nashville?
