Need help with broken pedestal box. Opened ticket has not been serviced for months

The pedestal box outside my house is broken. I submitted a repair request at least 6 months ago but so far Comcast hasn’t come to fix it. It’s urgent as I am trying to sell the house and it looks bad. 

I have called customer service several times and been promised it would be fixed within days, talked to a technician, talked to a technician supervisor, and talked to a representative at the Xfinity store and still no action. I need immediate help.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
