Need help lowering internet bill — keep current 2000 Mbps speed
Hi — my monthly internet bill is about $140 for speeds up to 2000 Mbps. I've been a Platinum customer since 2020 and would like a loyalty/retention review for promotional options that lower my monthly rate WITHOUT reducing my current speed. Prefer to handle this via messaging rather than phone. I'm comparing other providers in San Francisco for similar speeds at a lower price and would prefer to stay if you can make the rate work. Thanks.
